1. Does Cosmopolitan Staffing Services, LLC and its affiliates provide Direct Deposit to its employees?
Yes, Cosmopolitan Staffing and its affiliates offer either Direct Deposit or the Pay Card to all of its employees. This allows the employees funds to be available on a weekly basis every Friday morning. At your time of hire, we will provide you with a direct deposit slip that will have space for you to provide your account number, routing number, etc.
2. Do Cosmopolitan Staffing and its affiliates place Direct Hire Positions?
Yes, Cosmopolitan Staffing and its affiliates are not limited to offering only Temporary Positions but also Temp-Hire and Permanent (Direct Hire) Job Opportunities for all various positions.
3. Do Cosmopolitan Staffing and its affiliates have someone available to speak with me even if it is after normal business hours if I need assistance regarding my assignment?
Yes, Cosmopolitan Staffing and its affiliates obtain Customer Service Representatives and Recruiters that can be available to assist you after normal business hours with any questions or concerns regarding your assignment.
4. Do Cosmopolitan Staffing and its affiliates provide any guidance and assistance when it pertains to an applicant’s resume?
Yes, Cosmopolitan Staffing and its affiliates have experienced Recruiters who can assist you with your resume while providing suggestions and/or details for the resume.
5. Does Cosmopolitan Staffing and its affiliates ever consider the possibility of hiring employees that have been on an assignment with them for an opportunity within one of the Branches?
Yes, Cosmopolitan Staffing and its affiliates are continuously searching for talented and experienced candidates that can be an asset to their branches who are looking to become part of a successful and growing team.
6. Does Cosmopolitan Staffing and its affiliates provide training for your company’s software?
Yes. You will be provided with training for any software that your position requires you to use at the time of your hire or the following week.
7. How will I be able to access my paystubs or timecards while working for?
We will provide you with a link to our Webcenter services where you will create a username and password. Once logged in, your paystubs, W2s, etc., can be accessed and printed and your timecard can be viewed.
8. How will we be able to fill out an I-9 if we are working for an out-of-state client?

For our out-of-state contractors/temps, we will send you a pdf version of the I9 that you will have to notarize at your local public notary along with valid identification.

9. How long do your temporary and contract employees hold temporary jobs for Cosmopolitan Staffing, LLC and its affiliates/clients?

While some specific jobs may last from a few months to several years, in general the assignments varies based on the client’s requirements.

10. What are the services that Cosmopolitan Staffing, LLC and its affiliates provide?

Our company offers a wide range of employment-related services, including temporary and contract staffing, recruiting and permanent placement, outsourcing and outplacement, and human resources consulting.

11. What types of assignments does Cosmopolitan Staffing Services, LLC and its affiliates offer?

Jobs range from skilled trades to degreed professionals and are available in virtually all occupations listed on our site.

12. Are there any benefits with your temporary or contract positions?

Our firm offer highly competitive wages and benefits.

13. How do I apply?

There are two ways for you to apply for your next job. You can search our list of positions available on the site and apply for any position you're interested in. You can also fill out our preliminary application. After we receive your application we will have a recruiter reach out to you shortly thereafter.

14. How will I be able to access and print my pay history and w2’s?

Navigate to the URL provided by your staffing company. Enter your username and password to access your self-service Web Center. Access both your Paycheck Stub and W2 information within the Pay History tab. For your Paychecks, click to highlight the Paycheck Stub you would like to access or print. View the details of your Paycheck Stubs by clicking to select the desired tab: Timecards, Adjustments, Taxes, and Accruals.

15. How will I be able to reset my WebCenter password?

This section assumes the following: 1. You know your HRCenter username 2. You are able to log into the email account used in conjunction with your HRCenter account. 3.On the HRCenter login screen (accessible from your staffing providers website) select the forgot password option. *Note - If you do not have this information your staffing provider is able to look this up.

16. How do I enter and submit my timecards through web center?

Navigate to the url provided by your staffing company. Enter your username and password to access your self-service WebCenter. Navigate to the assignment area of your WebCenter. Click to select the assignment you are working on, and click to select create new timecard for this assignment. Once the timecard is created you can select to view the timecard or close the window and return later to your timecard.

If view timecard is selected your timecard will open immediately. If you opt to close the window and come back to your timecard later, it can be found within the Timecards area.

17. What is the difference between Webcenter and HR center?

HR Center is the application portal where you apply for a specific assignment OR where you can submit your resume and contact information. WebCenter is the employee’s portal where you can see your pay history, assignment details and print out your w2’s.
